Deadlines for Prospective Applicants (Online application Deadlines):

All interested and eligible, local and international candidates are invited to apply for Graduate Studies at KFUPM according to the deadlines mentioned below:

1) Test score submission deadlines for local applicants:

Local applicants who are provisionally approved need to submit the required test score(s) (such as TOEFL/GRE/GMAT if any) according to the deadlines below:

 2) Test score submission deadlines for international applicants:

For possible hiring in the mentioned semesters below, International applicants who are provisionally approved need to submit the required test score(s) (if any) according to the deadlines below.

Important Notes:

The hiring of international approved applicants is totally subject to visa availability and prioritization of different departments' applications, and it is not confirmed until the applicant is communicated officially with the contract.

Approved applicants are advised not to keep sending e-mails enquiring about their hiring as it is done according to available resources.

Approval from KFUPM in graduate studies does not mean in any way a commitment from KFUPM for hiring applicants, as final hiring is subject to many constrains and longer procedures.

3) Closure of files if not complied with the above deadlines:

All local and international applicants provisionally approved at KFUPM need to submit the required test score(s) (GRE/GMAT and/or TOEFL) to Admission Office within one year of the initial application date at the latest. Failure to do so will result in a final closure of the file.

As an example, applicants who apply in October 2011 will have a chance to submit the required test score(s) until October 2012 to avoid closure of the file.

In case an applicant will be still interested in joining KFUPM after closure of his file, he can re-apply in future admission cycles as a fresh admission with the required test scores submitted along with the application, subject to a new evaluation process.
