The Technical Affairs department supervises the planning, construction,
operation, maintenance, and enhancement of the campus facilities and
utilities, as well as providing quality services in recreational and
sports activities. The University's facilities encompass more than
60 Academic, research and service buildings, as well as, 1110
housing units in addition to students housing accommodating more
than 4000 students. The Technical Affairs department is comprised of
three departments: Projects and Maintenance, Housing & Office
Services and in addition to Community Center and Sports Facilities.
